I will put up my conditioning plan here sometime.
I'm eating healthier and lesser now.
On average,my daily meal is:
Morning - 1/2 cup of Milo
Recess - 1/2 plate Mee Hong Kong
Home/Lunch - 1 bowl of rice + whatever dish available
Dinner - Nothing
Ok,I know Mee Hong Kong is not that healthy,but cut me some slack la.
I got a great video of me doing the cover of Saturday by Fall Out Boy.
If only I could find it.....
Teacher's Day in ESSS was ok.
I kinda enjoyed myself la.
